Default Fidelity HF45 stylus.

Hi guys, apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place, I'm new to this! My mom has a fidelity hf45 record player and I got a new record for Christmas. Opened the player for the first time in years only to find that part of it seems to have fallen off. I've tried to put it back but have no idea where it's even meant to go. Have attached pictures of the part that fell off and where I think it should slot back in. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much in advance for the advice 😊

Here's a photo of one fitted. The metal shank fits between the rubber fork. Make sure it's on the LP side [like the one in the photo] and not 78.
