A lovely job, Dave, particularly on the cabinet. I also use Danish Oil and I think it's under-rated - it can produce a really nice finish, as you have so effectively shown! When the final coat is thoroughly hard, after a couple of weeks, I finish off with a product called Liberon Burnishing Cream which adds a further depth of shine.
