Again free to a good home (Tim first refusal?) Ferranti 2C184E ULA which I think is a ZX81 or Spectrum ULA, I've no means of testing it but its been kept in conductive foam so hopefully should be ok PM please I also found a couple of DP8340N IBM3270 protocol transmitter/encoder chips if they're of any use to anyone Cheers Phil Last edited by Phil__G; 30th Nov 2022 at 4:43 pm. |

the 2C184 is a ZX81 ULA - not the late one with the back porch fixed on video unfortunately, but there is a nice little circuit in the public domain from 'zigg' which generates the missing back porch and there are PCBs available for that mod, which are intended to replace the innards of the modulator and provide properly formed composite out.
