Telefunken model 212 HiFi - UK Vintage Radio Repair and Restoration Discussion Forum

I purchased one of these recorders and it works OK, but the mains lead is an old two core type. Do I need a three core cable, I mean with earth as it has not got earth wire or does it not need it with today's regulations.

Can you help please.

No it doesn't require a 3 core mains cable. Its double insulated.
