You are getting a new LED light, moulding, crystal oscillator and universal power supply for your money. Yes you could build it in your shed for less, but price doesn't seem unreasonable for a finished item. Audiophools would pay more than that for a fuse!

I have no connection to the seller, but was offering it as a possible solution to OP's original problem.
