Default The Generally Reliable Capacitor Thread

In contrast to the Black Museum Thread (Here: https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...ad.php?t=98964 )

Here is my opener for what I have found universally reliable, in a sample of about 20.

Plessey Orange Electrolytics:

High Voltage
All Plessey Orange in the picture tested fine for value (within 10%!), fine for ESR, and stress test at rated voltage with current leakage sub 1mA (and down in 100µA region for some of the smaller ones).

Extra Low Voltage
The other picture shows all those I proceeded to unnecessarily remove from a Marconi TF2700 LCR bridge. They're all ELV and were fine...
