Default PYE Black Box 60 cycles pulley

I got my PYE Black Box from UK with AC 240V and 50 cycles.
I am now looking for a 60 cycles pulley for the motor to use here in US.
For Black Boxes sold other than UK they supplied a 60 cycles pulley along with it. Please let me know if you have one available.

Got a friend with a lathe?

The 60 cycle pulley steps will be 5/6ths of the diameter of the 50 cycle pulley...... going the other way would be more "interesting"

Thanks! I will give it a try!
The diameter is already small and if I go to 5/6th of the existing diameter how that is going to affect the traction? Will it slip?
Please advise.

I've no practical experience to help here but I wouldn't expect slipping to be a problem.

In any case if the motor itself is the same for the 60Hz and 50Hz decks, how else could the speed be reduced other than by a smaller pulley? The idler diameter has no first order effect on things, the speed reduction is simply the ratio between the inner diameter of the drive surface on the platter and the outer diameter of the motor pulley step in use.
