TV Tape Recorder
Just missed out on a TV Times mag dated 1964, as you could of won a TV tape recorder. Does anyone have any idea what machine this would have been? Would of loved to have seen it. Bit late to enter the comp though

Re: TV Tape Recorder
Hi,
I'd love to know too! In 1967 our school was visited by some students from Chester College to videotape one of our drama lessons. They used a huge monochrome Sony reel to reel VTR. An example of which I owned until a couple of years ago. Apparently it cost something like £1,000! Cheers, Pete.

Re: TV Tape Recorder
I remember a newspaper running a similar competition around the same time. The device you could win was described as a "TeleTaper"
