Hi,
I just wondered what the size of the case is ? ( approximately ? ) .
It might be useful for a non oscilloscope project !

Might be a cheap way to make your own TM500 3-bay mainframe......

I think the TM503 mainframe may have the plastic runners in a different place, so scope and testgear modules can't be wrongly inserted. But definitely a nice case!

Probably worth it for the transformer as well. Had a quick look at the service manual and the thing kicks out, post smoothing, 220v, 30v, 42v, -42v, 6.3v and has a reasonably variable input range via multiple taps. Filament supports elevation to 3.4Kv so has some decent insulation on there!

Yes thats exactly why I don't want to just chuck it (I would keep it around for parts but I just don't have the space these days in the flat)

measurements in CM (see image attached)
