Smile TTI Thurlby Thandar 1706 DMM inop most ranges.

Bought one off Gumtree. Worked on continuity and not much else. On the pcb are R1 R2 R3. Big jobs. All looked toasted. 2 measured 1k. R2 was open. Put a 1k in there and all worked! Got the manual off TTI and found R2 should be 470K. Put proper value in and all fine. They are all on the input area needless to say. Very pleased. And I have the pdf manual. Tony

Not a bad result at all. Wonder if the meter went over current with the wrong fuse in at some point?
