Default Repanco TT-49 COIL INFO NEEDED

Repanco TT-49 COIL INFO NEEDED

I am in the process of building a radio and I am trying to find a substitute for the
Repanc9o TT-49 coil.

The ratio of the Repanco TT-49 coil is 4.5 to 1 but I need to know the primary and secondary resistance ?

I anyone know the pri and sec impedance please let me know.

Frank

Hi Frank, similar transformers with that ratio should work fine in your circuit. The winding resistance is not that important in these applications

Can you post the circuit where it's used?

1963 advert I've found quotes "TT49. Interstate, 20:1, 6/-". but it doesn't state if that's the turns ratio or the impedance ratio.

Well, 4.5x4.5 = 20.25, so given post#1 is correct, 20:1 impedance ratio sounds about right!

Since I think Repanco Bartlett still exist they may (I do stress may) be able to tell you if you ask
