Default BSR TC8S cartridge (or equivalent) wanted

Doing a stereo conversion on a UA8, so looking for a working stereo 'flip over' cartridge if anyone has one of or something equivalent to the tc8s

Always best to keep an eye on the "Sets, Parts and Service Information Offered" section of this site. At the same time as you were making this request, a ideally suitable ACOS Stereo GP104 was being offered here!

The new 'Dansette' company had them in stock when I was looking a week or so back, for 45. They were new in the box but maybe 'old stock', as I don't know it this particular cartridge is being re-manufactured by someone like the 'mono' one is. Remember that the vertical compliance is little or no better than the mono version, so it'll decode the stereo channels on the record, but exactly how it treats the grooves is a bit of an 'unknown'.
