Default Pioneer ct-225 cassette mechanism

Hello,

while replacing drive belts on a Pioneer ct-225, I noticed that a spring had come loose. It is normally connected to something called an "arm cue lock". See nr. 40 and 42 on the attached screenshot.
I assume that it is supposed to turn the "arm cue lock" counterclockwise, but I don't know what sort of function it has.

Than you for any help you can offer.

Regards,
Reidar
