Default Substituting A 470K Volume Pot For A Higher Value

Hi All,
I am in the current process of restoring a KB FB10 Midget Radio. The original Volume Pot is a 470K Log SPST and needs replacing. I don't have any 470K replacements, but do have a load of new 1Meg Log DPST pots.
Would it be OK to substitute and use one of these instead?

Ian.

If it was critical you could add an 820k resistor across the pot track.
