Default Identifying IR Receiver, help needed

Afternoon all,

I have a bit of a problem identifying a IR receiver, three pins, blue mark on the back and the number 144. Googeling without joy. Following the tracks in the board the pins from left to right are output, ground and +V. Any idea?

Have a look on the edge opposite the pins, there type is often marked there e.g. V 4838
