Default Dansette RG31. Tone arm misses the disc.

I have a Dansette RG31, when operating the pickup arms misses the edge of the disc by about 1/2 inch and has to be manually sited. How do I correct this?

There is probably an adjustment screw underneath the tone arm at the pivot end.
