Default Murphy window in GT Yarmouth

I must have walked this way dozens off times in the last 20 years and never noticed this small window above the door.

Sorry for the shadows it was the only time I was that way.

I couldn't resist checking on Google Maps. This must have been the narrowest dealers in the country. Peter.

Probably the Slimline entrance. Brings to mind some of the strangest places I've worked in like attics and cellars belonging to the business. Makes one think about the history of these places. Peter.

What a great catch! That is probably one of the very few if any Murphy roundels to exist.
They were very keen on dealers displaying the 'Banner' flag together with van advertising material. Picture from Murphy Service News September 1947. Home Radio at Morden Station Parade were in business for many decades supplying television and radio receivers to the massive St Helier Estate and more.
I can't remember when they closed, it was quite late. John.
