Default Sony TC510-2

Anyone help with a Sony TC 510-2. Found out the Speed Control chip has given up so wanted to get some advice please?

Hi Az, just a question re. speed control chip. I'm repairing a similar model (APR-2003) which has suddenly stopped working PB/REC (but FF/RW still fine). How did you ascertain the chip was the problem?
