A very informative and interesting read, especially as I like valve FM receivers.

Yes, it's good, isn't it? I came across it while I was waiting for a bus a few days ago. No internet connection for my phone, but I found a few Bulletin articles which I'd downloaded years ago but never got round to reading.

There are other articles by J.O. in the Bulletin from the 1990s too, which you can find via a Google search.

And thanks for correcting the title, Mike.
