Makes sense that it’s an Osram as there is a big label inside saying you should only use Osram valves.

For some reason these are often mistaken for Cossor Melody Makers when on sale.

In reality they are GEC it seems they didn't want to get their name directly associated with kit radios.

Although contemporary with the Cossor sets in general I would say the Osrams were more advanced model for model but appear to be far fewer survivors might be worth doing a cost comparison.
