If it were mine, I would just buy a replacement stylus from a known UK supplier such as Musonic, The Stylus Lady or Mantra. Of course there's nothing wrong with a new cartridge, as long as you don't have any unexpected mounting/fixing issues. Blu-Tak is all very well at first, but it will soften and go out of alignment over time.

The P128 appears very similar to the MP60 which had a slide out cartridge carrier. If you try pulling the front of the headshell towards you it will probably move and slide out. You can then replace the cartridge if you want although I'd tend to agree with Edward and go for a replacement stylus - the M75-6 would seem to be a good match for the turntable as those arms aren't exactly the lowest friction arms around so the cartridge really needs to be designed to track at 3g or more.

The AT91 and Carbon are actually very similar to the M75-6. They have conical styluses and are designed to track at 2-3g.

Changing just the stylus is the most convenient way forward though. Changing the cartridge isn't particularly difficult but can be a fiddly job, and it does cost a bit more.
