Default Oscilloscope COSSOR CDU 130

Hello all,
I have found this nice oscilloscope in a very good shape, but it is not powering up.
As it can be powered by mains or battery, the PSU, labelled "Battery Converter" (in a shielded box) is not very simple to check...

Does anyone have any information on this scope or power supply block ?

Thanks in advance.
Michel,
