Stockwood Park rally 2015 Sunday May 17th
Just a reminder that the Dunstable Downs (Stockwood Park) rally is next Sunday. Highly recommended.

Re: Stockwood Park rally 2015 Sunday May 17th
Good evening,
I am planning to go to the event but does anyone know if the major road works are still underway (or there is any access from J10 off the motorway to the event) between the M1 and Stockwood park? Many thanks, Christopher Capener

There are roadworks all over the place up there - not sure on the SB exit slip though

I notice the forum calendar "upcoming events" is a week adrift.

Hi Christopher
junction 10 is fully open although they are still working on it .When you leave the motorway and enter the slip road stay on the nearside as you now leave it earlier. The large roundabout at the top for London Road is no longer there. If your coming from London side don,t get off at J9 as the Herts show is also on and has been known to cause long holdups on the A5. Old Git |

Many thanks,
I contacted the Highways agency just now and they cannot see any planned closures for the junction in the morning, though they said to call in the morning just to make sure. Christopher Capener
