Default DAC90A Green Calibration Sticker

Has anyone manage to reproduce the Green Calibration Label for a DAC90A?
- picture enclosed.

They always seem to be curled up or missing and I haven't seen a complete one yet! And I do not have a clue how to reproduce one - but it would be nice to see.

This set has a smoothing capacitor dated March 1952 and also has a red stamped RADIO FINAL TEST on the tuning capacitor which is the first one I have seen. Were these stamps only present in the early production years?

Cheers

Hi John,

Please see my previous repair & labels here:- https://www.vintage-radio.net/forum/...d.php?t=152212

In the above thread, there are the calibration label and the one which attaches to the rear, the latter nearly always missing.

Feel free to download.

Mark

I am in the final stages of completing this repair and thanks to mark2collection I now have a nice green alignment label for the chassis.

Mark explained to me that the label is only used to identify the indents on the back of the reflector but as yet I have not been able to identify these on any of my DAC90A's probably because they have all corroded away over the years.

After I RTM again there is indeed a reference to these marks and I have enclosed a copy of the paragraph - sorry about the poor quality!

Does anyone have a picture of the original indentations?

Cheers
