Default Dressler ARA30 active antenna: DC in?

I have acquired one of these active antennas, it would seem that it needs a DC supply of around 12volts. The only connector available is the PL259 on the underside of the 'can'. Presumably the supply would have been fed through this socket with some sort of DC blocking cap between the antenna and the receiving set. Does anyone have any further information on this antenna and on how to connect a supply?

Power up the co-ax I suspect.

The attached circuit might be of interest.

This is what I'm using for a home made active loop antenna I'm building at the moment.

This looks a likely candidate for consideration Brian. Its the series capacitor value that appears to be of primary interest.
