Michael - thanks for all your help. From my point of view, you were the person that fixed it. I just replaced some parts as suggested

Bob,

So they all have cracks eh? A classic symptom for these Rifa brand capacitors having failed. I reckon you have indeed found the problem. Enjoy the working machine (on the 130 V tap even?)!
