Default Radiogram repairs Merseyside.

I list it as radiogram although it has no radio, not sure what else to call it.
Record player in a unit..
Anyhow I need someone in the St.Helens or Merseyside area who could take a look and see if it is fixable please.

It is a Spinney SRP 115 with a BSR C109 turntable and possible amp problem.
as per my post Here

Thanks

I believe Stereogram was the term used for these long low beasts without radios.

Well after leaving this with a local company, who had it for over 3 weeks and still had not worked out what the problem is. I now have it back and am looking for someone who might be able to tell me what the problem is and hopefully repair it.

Have you tried SS Radio in Mill Lane, Wallasey? The chap who runs it has been working on this kit for decades. It's probably the last 'old-school' repair place there is round here.

I am going to Manchester on the weekend of the 3rd/4th October for a conference that starts on the Sunday Afternoon, (the 4th) I'm going to be doing some service calls up that way on the Saturday and could possibly come to you.

If you are interested send me a PM.
