Default Valve Equivalents data

This popped up on the American Radio History site today and possibly the more important part of it is the last half of the book containing a list of service(military) valves and their commercial equivalents (and manufacturers).

Mods, please move if I have put this in the wrong place.

Thanks Terry, you never know just what IS on that site!
I do have an original copy I sometimes refer to, especially with Army, Navy and RAF non-cv numbers.
