Default Kingshill model 15A03c

Looking for service info please. Control PCB marked KHD 125-SS issue 1 7/84

Have no output, not too complicated, but circuit would make life easier

0 to 150 volt
0 to 300mA

Also found early version of V series without op amp but includes parts list. Between the two should help me more.

Mine is now fixed using the circuit uploaded by Herald1360
As there was no parts list I have made a part one from my unit
Version 15A03 With PCB marked KHD 125-SS issue 1 7/84

VT9 BFY51
MR1 1N4005
MR2 BRIDGE OF 4 1N4005
MR3 9V1
MR4 1N823 (6.2V)
MR5 9V1
MR6 3V3
MR7 1N4003
MR10 1N4003
MR9 5V1
MR11 1N4003
MR12 IS MADE OF 3 ZENERS IN SERIES 1 X 43V 1N5367 AND 2 X56V 1N5370 ALL 5W
0A1 OP AMP 741
RV2 50K POT VOLTAGE O/P COURSE
RV3 1K POT VOLTAGE O/P FINE
C4/8/9 10n 250V DC
C11 100n 250V DC
C7 100p 630V DC
C3 4u7 160V
C1 150u 63V I USED 220u
C6 100u 10V
In mine the zeners MR12 had scorched the PCB but measured ok
I replaced all 3 also MR4 /R12 47 ohms /RV3 /VT8 and the 3 electrolytics C1/3/6
