Smile Mullard valve tester cards

Hi all I have a nice working Mullard high speed valve tester it's very handy thing to have I feel!!! But I'm missing some cards I can offer copy's somehow of any I have but I need a few that are missing one being the mains calibration card!.. is there a way of copying and making them?

There are lots of threads on this subject Dave. Forum member GMB has an ongoing project on his Web Site re Mullard High Speed Valve Tester Cards, looking to complete the range and do copies I think Several methods for doing this have been discussed in the past and GMB was looking for missing ones at that time!
