Re: UK 1940s Radio
Fantastic! It's been 'on air' since 2010! It needs to be on FM. John.

Re: UK 1940s Radio
If you have an iPad or android tab or smart phone may I recommend the excellent Tunein 'radio' app. U.K. 1940's radio is available as are many similar internet stations. I stream to a Bluetooth speaker.

Re: UK 1940s Radio
That's right... and this is how the station was brought to my attention. It appeared there next to the excellent Serenade Radio.

I do the same, I use tunein on an old iphone connected to my AM transmitter (SSTRAN AMT3000) , great way to use an old smartphone!

Re: UK 1940s Radio
I listen to UK 1940s everyday and also recommend Swing FM and Martini in the Morning.
I've been using a Raspberry Pi running Kodi with Radio plugin for 2 years. Search by genre (eg 1920s, 1940s, 1950s, jazz, swing, blues, easy listenimg) there's so many stations I've still not got around to trying. |
