Grayson Clock How to use?
I have this Grayson Clock which I find appealing. But there are some terminal connections at the back which I'm not sure what is for. I cannot find a manual online anywhere.
My friend says he thinks it connects to FM signal to synchronise and has pulse driver for slave clocks. What do you think? And do you have anymore details on the settings FM, FS, BP and BM?

Re: Grayson Clock How to use?
Hi
It is made by Wharton and just badged as Grayson. The FM BM etc is to set when the GMT and BST changes happen, FM=forward month, BM= backward month, FS= forward Sunday, BS= backward Sunday from what I remember, I had some instructions for the ones I had, but can’t find them. The connector is for ext inputs, it can be configured as a slave clock, ext timecode, stopwatch etc. Email Wharton, they are very helpful and will send you a PDF. Rob |

Re: Grayson Clock How to use?
Thank you Rob,
I found the manual, the Wharton gave it away. I was hoping to use it as a master clock but turns out I need a module for it. The batteries appeared to be leaking so have taken them out. It's a nice clock.

Re: Grayson Clock How to use?
Glad you got sorted, they are excellent clocks and keep great time, there is a trimmer beneath the plastic grommet should it need a tweak.
The batteries are just generic PCB mounted types and easily available. Enjoy it. |
