Has anyone who's going tomorrow got a side contact valve socket (Ct8) they could bring and sell me?

Thanks

Greg

I'm afraid I won't be there. Too much on this weekend. Sorry.

Cheers,

Sorry for delay Sean - it has PX4 (I think). Bought with a Dynatron last year, and for eventual placement in the spare bedroom. I have the service manual - I'll put it in the car and see how we get on.

Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow,

Kneale

I am feeling very unwell today (probably something I ate yesterday) so unless there is a big change overnight I won't be able to attend tomorrow. I am disappointed as I really enjoy these workshops.

Sean, obviously keep the payment I sent you.

Just got back from the hall - tables are set up ready - remember to bring a short extension lead with a few sockets with you if you can....

For those of you that want to arrive early, we will be there from 0830!

There will be bacon baps available soon after this time, along with a good sized buffet lunch, tea, coffee, soup, and pastries.....

Hope you are all hungry!

Sean

Had to leave early, but a most enjoyable day - good company, good food, and old radios to play with. Excellent!

Many thanks Sean.

Regards,
Ian

I'd like to add my thanks as well, especially to Sean and Chris for all the "behind the scenes" stuff that make the day a success.

Hope to see you all again at the next one.

Been home about 15 mins.....

Thanks to all that attended (and those that couldnt make it!)

I think everyone enjoyed themselves, there were a good range of sets on parade, and I think a reasonable amount of repair work.

Andrew was busy snapping away, so if he has any piccys perhaps he might share them.

Will probably comment more over the next day or two, going to relax in a corner now!

Well I never, there appears to be a large black box sitting two feet from where I'm writing It was out of the car and up the stairs quicker than a rat up an aquaduct.

Thanks very much Sean and Chris, excellent day Some pics attached, Ekco AC85, Goblin Time-Spot and a television.

Sorry I wasn't there. Things get on top of me sometimes.

That TV looks to me like a Philips 170 chassis. Maurice's, if I remember right? Still having problems?

Cheers,

Steve P.

One more showing part of the range of 'stuff' we had today. In this shot, a Halcyon, a Kolster-Brandes, Ekco A144, Bush AC11, Cossor? radiogram, unknown to me television and the gentleman at the back is working on a piece of military equipment.
