It's a Pye alright, but not like any Pye TV set I've ever seen in the UK. Could be a Pye (Ireland) product.

Just taken a look in the 1959/60 Radio and Television servicing book and there is a reference to the Pye model V400 "Panorama" 21" CRT 405 line receiver.
