Default Revox G36 counter vs F36 question please

Hi everyone,

My G36 counter has perished (like most do unfortunately). Could someone please tell me if you happen to know if a Revox F36 counter would fit on a G36? I understand that they have different mounts but would the F36 counter number wheels and reset wheel align well with the G36 face plate counter window and cut out hole for the reset button? I'm thinking that a suitable mount be made in that case to fit the F36 counter on a G36 machine.

Your help is much appreciated before I purchase an F36 counter blindly please.
Thanks
