Default Film Industries M8 mic

I have re-discovered the M8 which has been unused for about 30 years after it failed.
When I removed the mic body I found that the ribbon has broken away at one end.

a. Can this ribbon be repaired or do I have to obtain a new ribbon assembly?
b. Does any one have a spare assembly for this mic?

Thank you in advance of any help that I receive.

Mike

Best bet is to get in touch with Coles Electroacoustics, who are still making ribbon mics. Used to do stuff for Reslos many moons ago.
