Echo what everyone has said about the 2 new mods, and Kalee, yes threads being closed with humour, Davids could be good, 3 or 4 paragraphs at 5:30 in the morning!.

Ted has it in two words. Posts 21* and 22* list the necessary qualities but they are not at all limited to just those appointed at this time.
