Default Box Record Players, Droitwich

I was in the Antique / Vintage shop on St Andrews Street in Droitwich this morning, just down from the derelict Raven Hotel, and noticed two or three '50s / '60s box record players for restoration, priced very reasonably at £7 each and they didn't look too bad - one was a Defiant in attractive blue and cream.

They also had a couple of nicer ones at very good prices including a lovely Bush (could have been an SRP 31, perhaps, but no guarantee!) for £25 each.
I can't tell you how tempted I was, but managed to resist!
Neil.
