Default Levell TM11

I have a rather unwell TM11 multi tester. It's only reading battery voltage albeit incorrectly and this morning not at all. No response to anything through the front panel input connection.

Would anyone have a copy of the circuit diagram and possibly the functional description? I've looked and there's not a lot on these on-line.

Thanks - Andrew
