Default Bush DAC 90 1946

Hello i have just recapped a Bush DAC 90 .It now works ok upto about half volume .Then as i turn it up to full volume the speaker starts to vibrate . As anybody got an idea what the problem could be .

Probably a failing speaker

Try an external one, being wary of the live chassis of course.

There are loads of other things it could be, of course, but it always pays to try the simple things first
