Use the 630 volt ones.

The resistors you measured aren't that far out but if you want to replace them the 2 watt types will do but they won't be dissipating that amount of power, 1/2 watt would do.

No need to replace the 100 ohm wire wound if it measures ok.

Be careful when applying the soldering iron to the copper tracks on the PCB, they can easily lift if the soldering iron is applied for too long.
