I'll scan the items and post them today. I bought mine in 1976, just after VAT was reduced, cost me £52.50 if I remember correctly. The service information is dated 1972 so I guess it was designed around then.
As it has an isolated chassis I've added an audio and video output and very surprisingly the video bandwidth is sufficient to drive a teletext decoder with external monitor to display the data.
