Light dimmer as a variac
The light bulb a is a load on the dimmer so it works ok, and light bulb b is current limiter to TV, b can be 1 or more 60w bulbs
lots of electrical noise from the dimmer, but that will not matter, I have one cap the wrong size 2x 2 uf are fitted instead of 3uf its c35 it is to bypass the ht diodes and but ac ripple on the ht line
will 4uf be ok, and why is it there in the first place?
thinks have come up and I wont be doing much on the tv for a week or 2, sorry
