Brenda - if you're trying to get that working, you're a brave girl.

Leave the things like dials and get it working first. It'll clean up, but what you'll find when you do is anyone's guess. Take the valves out and make sure you draw a diagram of where they all go. They might have been swapped round of course, but you've got to start somewhere.

When you've cleaned it thouroughly, take pics of the chassis - above and below. Then we can help if you can't find a circuit. I think it's more fun without, but then I've got a sick mind!

Have you got a Variac? If you haven't, don't try and power this. Get one! After you've changed what must be changed, and put the valves in, bring it up gradually. This is for 2 reasons:

1: We are not sure what voltage it is.
2: That Smoothing Cap might well be past it's best.

Then we'll see what's what, and hopefully without blowing up the set or you!
