I found these pictures while trawling the net some time ago and am only just getting around to uploading them
The deck seems to be a transition model between the UA8 and UA12 but single play. Or perhaps BSR was just running out stocks of surplus UA8 parts and mixing them with the newer model. A further possibility is that the original arm got replaced by a third party at some point. Either way, I've not seen this combo before.
