Aggh, that happens to me as well, I went to great lengths to find and buy a circuit diagram for my Hitachi V212 oscilloscope in case it ever went wrong, only to find, much later, that the (original) user manual which I got with the scope had the circuit diagram inside it all along.

Don't forget to grab all that other support material for your Dataman S4 as well, it won't be there forever and the S4 is probably a much nicer programmer to use once you have its support software up and running.
