Default GPO 332 mk1 with modifications

This phone has a genuine 332 bakelite casing and appropriate handset with braided cord. The base plate of the phone is stamped "L11560C7" and "Special". The normal 332 wiring diagram is on the inside of the base plate.

The chassis is not a 332, it has looks more modern and is marked "812L 558/3A", it has a buzzer marked "32A/3 GEN/1" and a capacitor marked GEC A595 0.1 M250.

Has this ever been a viable phone made for special purposes or just a collection of odd parts?
