The power lead wiring was given in the service manual you posted, but I've attached it here for clarity.

For mains, connect neutral to 93, live to 99 and connect a link between 96 and 97.

For 12v DC, connect negative to 93, positive to 96 and connect a link between 96 and 95.

This TV is a transformerless design; the chassis is not isolated and should be treated as live when connected to mains. For safety, I would recommend testing it on a 12v DC supply first, since you'll be less likely to get a shock or seriously damage the TV if you get it wrong. (Use a power supply rated 2 amps or more. You might have one already, from an external disk drive, LCD monitor or digital TV box.)

Original power leads sometimes turn up for these TVs. I'm sure I saw one in a table-top sale at the Vintage Wireless Museum in Dulwich but that was last year or before. You can ask in the 'Wanted' section. It's worth a try.
