Thanks for the welcome. I wondered the same thing about the amp. I haven't looked closely enough to see if it's original. The organ actually came with an immaculate Hammond PR-40 tone cabinet. The valve amp in this had been bypassed and the speakers connected directly to the organ amp. Also my research suggests the PR-40 is supposed have a spring reverb unit. I can't see this anywhere in the cabinet but I did find a reverb tucked in to the organ wrapped in a bit of blanket...perhaps taken from the PR-40.

My guess is that perhaps the dealer cobbled together a few bits and pieces to come up with a working instrument he could sell...which might have included the amp...but then it seems to fit nicely in its space in the organ. The family thought the owner bought it around 30 years ago. Obviously it is a lot older than that so I wonder where it came from before that.

Did Miller sell their own speaker cabinets with the organs?
