The auctioneers neither have the skills or time required to test the equipment being offered. It's important to take this, as well as the buyers premium and sales tax totaling 35% added to the sale price into consideration. Unless an item is not as described, or is a different item to the one pictured, then I think any refund is pretty much impossible.
